Rosemary Meyer

Rosemary T. “Terrie” Robb Meyer, 89, of Covington passed away Wednesday morning, April 20, 2016 at her home.

She was a retired Tax Examiner for the IRS, member of Mother of God Church, Covington and former longtime member of St. Aloysius Church, Covington. She was a former PTA President of St. Aloysius School and former PTA President and a cook for Redwood School and Rehabilitation Center. She was a founding member of the Hope College, Covington and a Rosie Riveter during World War II.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Capt. Albert J. “Al” Meyer, Sr. in 1978; son, James Meyer; grandchildren, Jacqueline Koors and John Paul Koors; and her parents, Roy and Charlotte Freeman Robb.

Survivors include daughters, Cathy (Greg) James of Covington and Marilynn (the late Robert) Koors of Crittenden; sons, Tommy (Kathy) Wagner of Milford, Ohio, Albert J. (Sue) Meyer, Jr of Covington and Joseph Meyer of Covington; sister, Jerry (the late George) Bracher of Cheviot, Ohio; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Visitation is Monday, April 25, 2016 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Covington. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 12:05 p.m. Monday at Mother Of God Church, Covington. Interment at Mother of God Cemetery, Fort Wright.
