Ruth Dunn

Ruth Irene (Edinger) Dunn, 95, of Alexandria, Kentucky, formerly of Petersburg, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, February 18, 2024. 

She was born on March 15, 1928, in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania to Maine and Nellie (Smith) Edinger who precede her in death. 

Ruth was a homemaker and member of the Fellowship Baptist Church, Butler, Kentucky, and she enjoyed cooking and gardening. 

Ruth was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, Eugene Dunn in 2019. 

Survivors include her daughter, Colleen (Bill) Buel; sons, Allen (Peggy) Dunn, Carroll (Carolyn) Dunn, Logan (Wilma) Dunn and Todd (Joette) Dunn; 12 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and many great great grandchildren. 

Visitation 10:00 am to 12:00 Noon, Friday, February 23, 2024, at the Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Hebron. Funeral services to immediately follow at 12:00 Noon. Interment will be in Bullittsburg Cemetery, Petersburg.
