Sean Vincent Sullivan, 30, of Lexington, formerly of Ludlow, passed away Monday evening, August 20, 2018 in Lexington.
He was a graduate of Ludlow High School and a member of Saints Boniface & James Church, Ludlow.
He was preceded in death by his dad, John L. Sullivan, Sr. in 2013.
Survivors include his mother, Teresita Espedilla Sullivan of Covington; son, Ethan Powell of Bromley; sister, Rosalie (Sergio) Dorantes of Park Hills; and brother, John Sullivan, Jr. of Boston, Massachusetts.
Visitation is Monday, August 27, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Ludlow. A Catholic Blessing to immediately follow at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, 461 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY 41016.
