Sharon Burns

Sharon K. Clore Burns, 64, of Petersburg died Saturday, June 6, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Florence.

She was a homemaker and member of the Petersburg Christian Church and a former member of the Petersburg VFD Ladies Auxiliary.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gerald L. and Mary Jane Pettit Clore.

Survivors include husband, Edwin Burns of Petersburg; daughter, Jennifer Burns of Ghent, Kentucky; son, Mark Burns of Petersburg; sister, Ellen (Bob) Young of Hebron; brother, Jerry (Patti) Clore of Hebron; grandsons, Kyle Hagedorn and Nathan Hagedorn; and great grandson, Keagan Hagedorn.

Visitation is Wednesday,June 10, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Hebron. Funeral services are Thursday, June 11, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment at Petersburg Cemetery, Petersburg.

Memorials are suggested to the Petersburg Volunteer Fire Department, 3018 Second Street, Petersburg, KY 41080-0068.
