Shirley Pelfrey

Shirley J. Pelfrey, 70, of Florence, passed away March 6, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood. 

Shirley was a member of Kento-Boo Baptist Church in Florence. She was a retired secretary with Dahlenburg Plumbing Company in Walton and enjoyed fishing, reading her Bible, flower gardening, and spending time with her family and friends. 

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, William Earl Pelfrey; and parents, Thomas, and Reba (Harness) Mason. 

Survivors include daughters, Christina (John) Ellis and Carolyn Hudson; step- daughters, Nancy Gambrell and Tammy Pelfrey; brothers, Danny (Alma) Mason, David Mason, and Ronald Mason; and grandchildren, Taylor (Amanda) Leek, Dean McHugh, and Jesse McHugh. 

Visitation will be Monday, March 11, 2024, from 11:30 am until 1:30 pm with a funeral service at 1:30 pm at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Erlanger. Interment at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill, Kentucky.
