Thelma Harper
September 4, 1920 — November 10, 2009
Thelma C. Gerkey Harper, 89, of Erlanger, died Tuesday, November 10, at Hospice of St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Edgewood. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Harper was a member of Ft. Mitchell Baptist Church and the Edgewood Homemakers.
Survivors include her daughters, Ima Jean Webb of Walton and Janice C. Childress of Crescent Springs; sisters, Hazel Spiers of Richmond, Indiana, Wilma Thornburg of Muncie, Indiana, Evelyn Louise Reinhart of Erlanger, and Lois M. Cave of Waynesburg, Kentucky; brother, Donald E. Gerkey of Leesburg, Florida; eight grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Logan G. Harper in 1994; and her parents, Roy Eugene and Lola Myrtle Wells Gerkey.
