Tonia Renee Feldhaus Gaffey, 46, of Erlanger passed away Saturday July 1, 2017 at her residence.
She was a former waitress for Frisch’s Big Boy Restaurant, Erlanger, graduate of Conner High School and a member of Bullittsville Christian Church, Burlington.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Chuck Gaffey in April; and the mother who raised her, Donna Jean Siekman Horn.
Surviving is her father, Charles (Betty Johnson) Horn of Hebron; daughter, Brandi; sisters, Alisha and Justina; and a brother, Roger.
Memorial services are at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, July 13, 2017 at Bullittsville Christian Church, 3094 Petersburg Road, Burlington. A reception will follow the services in the church Fellowship Hall. Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Hebron is serving the family.
