Virginia Jones

Virginia Mae Sullivan Jones, 95, of Erlanger, passed away Thursday, April 7, 2016. at the Baptist Village Care Center in Erlanger.
She was born on November 24, 1920, in Burlington, Kentucky, to the late John L. and Stella Arrasmith Sullivan. Her husband, William Gene Jones, died in 2011.
Virginia was a homemaker and a very strong lady who loved her church and her family very much. She was a long time devoted member of the Elsmere Baptist Church.
She is survived by daughters, Judy (the late Irv) Etler of Hebron, Kentucky and Bonnie Mathews of Erlanger, Kentucky; son, Bill (Mary) Jones of Burlington, Kentucky; grandsons, Richard Jones, Joseph Jones and Neil Mathews; and five great grandchildren.
Visitation is Wednesday, April 13, 2016, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon at the Elsmere Baptist Church, 250 Garvey Avenue, Elsmere, Kentucky. Funeral service to follow at 12:00 noon at the church. Burial will be in the Hebron Lutheran Cemetery, Hebron, Kentucky. Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Erlanger, serving the family.
