Virginia Schewene-Worley
December 14, 1920 — January 1, 2017
Virginia H. Schewene-Worley, 96, of Covington, passed away Sunday, January 1, 2017 at Rosedale Green in Latonia. She was a homemaker, a 50 plus year member of Holy Cross Church in Latonia and enjoyed writing poetry and entering writing contests.
Virginia was preceded in death by husband, Mervell J. Worley; and parents, Charles and Elizabeth Gastinger Schewene.
Survivors include sons, David L. Worley of Covington and Joseph M. (Debbie) Worley of Georgetown, Ohio; three grandchildren, Michelle, Elizabeth and Michael; and two great grandchildren, Owen and Olivia.
Visitation is Friday, January 6, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Holy Cross Church, Latonia. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11:00 a.m. at the church. Interment at Mother of God Cemetery, Fort Wright. Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Covington is serving the family.
