Virginia "Jinny" Steimer

Virginia Elizabeth “Jinny” (Stadtmiller) Steimer, 77, of Erlanger passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Edgewood.

Jinny was born on May 31, 1946, in Covington, Kentucky to Richard A. and Virginia C. (Piatek) Stadtmiller, who precede her in death. She was a retired Deputy Clerk for the Campbell County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office; a longtime member of St. Pius X Church, Edgewood; a member of Covington Moose Lodge # 1469 and the Women of the Moose. Jinny enjoyed baking and ceramics and was active with the Ceramics Studio of Erlanger Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband of 52 years, William J. “Bill” Steimer, Jr.; sons, William R. (Lisa) Steimer and Rick (Karla) Steimer; five grandchildren, Sarah, Holly, Kade, Chase and Caleb; and her aunt, Bernice Nienaber.

Visitation is Thursday, August 10, 2023 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at St. Pius X Church, Edgewood, with a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 5:00 pm at the church.

Jinny was passionate about her family and friends. A celebration dinner is planned in her honor after Mass. Please join us at Kenton County Golf Course Clubhouse on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at 6:30 pm; the course is located at 3908 Richardson Road, Independence KY.

Inurnment is Friday, August 11, 2023 at 11:00 am at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North, Williamstown. Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Erlanger is serving the family.
