Wanda Lee Schadler

Wanda Lee (Conley) Schadler, 80, of Burlington, Kentucky passed away Sunday, December 28, 2025, at her home surrounded by her family. 

Wanda was born in Leander, Kentucky on June 22, 1945, to the late Kermit Sr. and Pauline (Caudill) Conley. She attended Alice Lloyd College in Pippa Passes, Kentucky and was a longtime member of the Mission Church of God, Florence. Wanda loved the Lord, and everywhere she went, she ministered to everyone she met. As a hairdresser, her salon provided the opportunity to witness for the Lord while also making her clients feel cared for and beautiful. 

Before the sun rose each day, Wanda was praying for her family. She also was praying for everyone in the world to come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Wanda's love for the Lord made her want to be a blessing to every person she met. 

Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, Kermit Sr. and Pauline (Caudill) Conley; grandson, Clarence Joshua; sisters, Carole Caudill and Alice Faye Conley; and brothers, Robert Lowell Conley and Darrell Conley. 

Survivors include her husband, George V. Schadler; son, Gregory M. (Janice) Webb; daughter, Wendy (Herbert, II) Music; stepson, George Wesley (Anna) Schadler; sisters, Violet (Glen) Frisby and Juanita (Milton) Daniel; brother, Kermit (Joann) Conley, Jr.; nine grandchildren, Hannah, Sarah, Cameron (Caelin), Faith, Jordan (Edgar), Madaline, Jett, and Wyatt; and a great grandson, Seren. 

Visitation is from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Friday, January 2, 2026, at the Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Hebron. Funeral service to begin at 1:00 pm. Interment to follow in Burlington Cemetery, Burlington, Kentucky.
