William Archacki
February 5, 1929 — March 10, 2011
William John Archacki, 82, of Elsmere, formerly of Chicago, Illinois, died Thursday, March 10, 2011 at Ameritus in Edgewood. He was a retired chemist with Flint Ink of Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Mr. Archacki was a U.S. Army Korean War Veteran. He enjoyed collecting books.
Survivors include his daughters, Barbara Hudson of Elsmere and Devara (Debra) Swayze of Medford, Oregon; brother, Robert Archer of Florida; grandchildren, Justin C. Scott, Donovon David Maxwell, and Ryan Kyle Swayze; and former spouse, Helen Archacki of Chicago, Illinois.
He was preceded in death by 11 siblings; and his parents, Anthony and Stephanie Mrugach Archacki.
No public services are planned. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
