William Lee "Winnie" Pepper, 88, of Florence, died Wednesday, May 21 at St. Elizabeth South Hospital in Edgewood. He was a farmer for most of his life and also worked in the cafeteria at Conner High School for 10 years.

He was a member of the Hebron Baptist Church.

He is survived by his sisters, Rilla Webster of Cape Coral, Florida and Margaret Sprengelmeier of Ft. Mitchell; brothers, Millard Pepper of Apache Junction, Arizona and Carl Pepper of Hebron; 17 nieces and nephews; and 31 great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles William Lee and Dora Fay Balsley Pepper; sister, Coreta Scroggin; and brother, Joseph Pepper.

Memorials are suggested to the Hebron Baptist Church, 3435 Limaburg Road, Hebron KY 41048.
