Willie North

Willie Green Bowling North, 89, of Florence, passed away Friday, November 27, 2015 at her home.

Willie was born in Manchester, Kentucky to the late Clark and Maggie Hayre Bowling. She retired as a cafeteria worker from Constance School and Goodridge Elementary School. She was a member of the Constance Church of the Brethren, Hebron, for 59 years.

She was preceded in death by husband, Pastor Shelby North; and two grandchildren.

Survivors include daughters, Ona Mae Orr of Alexandria, Ohio, Donna Jean Vines of Florence and Sherry (Rod) Downing of Foster, Kentucky; sister, Bertha (Earl) Kelican of Charles Town, West Virginia; nine grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation is Tuesday, December 1, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Hebron. Funeral service to immediately follow at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Reverend Steve Hankins officiating. Interment at Hebron Lutheran Cemetery.
